Shop Butterfly Effect ships world wide! We use flat rate USPS or UPS for all domestic shipping. Shipping will be a flat rate of $8.90 for one item and an additional $2.00 for each additional item, with a max of $15.30 in shipping costs.

  • We try to get all orders out next day.
  • Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to arrive.
  • All orders originate from Las Vegas, NV
  • Orders will not require a signature unless requested by customer

  • *Shoes are made on a per purchase demand. Please allow an additional 2 - 3 days for your shoes to be made.

May I return my apparel item?

  • Yes you may return your apparel items if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Please contact us prior to your return to receive an Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clothing may be exchanged for a different size, returned for a different item, or a cash refund.
  • Please note: we can not accept returns for worn, washed, or items returned not in their original condition. If items are received this way, they will be refused. If you have an issue with a defect please contact us first!

May I return my custom shoes?

  • No. Due to the nature of these being printed on demand we do not accept returns for these items.
  • If there is an issue with the condition of the shoe when it arrives, please contact us so we can handle the situation accordingly.
  • If your shoes are the wrong size please contact us first to see about replacement shoes.

May I return my jewelry?

  • Yes! Jewelry may be returned for store credit, exchange, or cash refund.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, and in the original condition and packaging it was received.
  • Please contact us prior to sending any returns for a Return Authorization (RA), number.
